The pictures below are of our toppers and our staff was holding them to show you the texture and size in relation to their hand. Our toppers are a unique formula of glass crystal and made for this purpose to be used in fireplaces and fire pits. We have been compelled to show you the glass crystal in relation the texture and size so you know what you are getting for your fireplace or fire pit. If you planned on purchasing from a glass recycler (crushed bottles and jars) please ask to see what you are getting. Our glass crystal is not recycled as it is made for this use and is not dangerous in fire, as jars and bottles do pop in the fire, try it and you will see what we mean. We take pride in the selection we offer you as a customer, so remember you do get what you pay for. If you didn't plan on trash glass in your fireplace, then don't buy trash glass.

Here are 28 more new and exciting colors to really confuse the issue. These colors will be available in the next few weeks. Our Toppings were the first of our new color line and these new stones will be called "Toppers" . These stones range from 1/4" to 3/4" in size. We are now over 500 products and still growing!

Here are a few pictures of our Toppers before we process the glass we make all of our toppers and toppings in billet form as you can see they are 1" to 1 1/2" thick at first pour, yes we do pour the glass into molds. THE BILLETS/ GLASS BELOW ARE SOME OF OUR NEW COLORS COMING SOON! This is the first step of production and we should be posting these colors in about 2 to 3 months.

RETURN POLICY!

Shipping has become an issue so all orders will and must be signed for. No package will be left at your door unless you sign for it. This is called an indirect or direct signature request. It is also refereed to as a Signature service. If a package or packages are left at your door per your request, you will be the responsible party.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with exceptions only by management
Returned products must be unused and/or unmixed
Returned products must be packaged well to avoid damage in transit, or you will be responsible for the damage
Returned products that are damaged in transit will not be able to be refunded
Refunds will be made towards product cost only
Refunds will not be given for non-product labor costs (consulting fees, installation fees, labor, shipping etc.)
Restock fees may apply depending on which items are being returned. (30% to 70%) Glass/ burning products 30%, Burners 50%, Custom Burners 70%, Metal Pans or any Custom Metal Work, Electronics are not returnable ever!

All returns must have a return authorization (we are not responsible for products being shipped to incorrect addresses due to non-compliance of this policy)
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any custom metal products or electronics what so ever!
No returns will be accepted for ICS/ Fire Falls, or any other standard or custom fire pits.
No returns on products that contain electronics (if they were used or installed)
We are not responsible for local codes and or if any of our products are or are not approved. Please check with your local building department or governing agencies for proper approvals before purchasing. Custom built or designed items are not returnable for any reason. It is your responsibility to make sure our products do not violate your local building codes. We cannot accept returns should you encounter these issues with your local building authorities.
